No Return Policy
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong selection, size/weight preference, or personal dissatisfaction after delivery.
Refund Only for Damaged Products
A refund will be applicable only in case the customer receives a damaged product.
Conditions for Damage Claim
- The product must be physically damaged during transit.
- The customer must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
- An unboxing video or clear photos of the damaged product and packaging are mandatory for verification.
- Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Return Process for Damaged Products
- If the damage claim is approved, the customer will be asked to return the product to Batskart.com.
- The product must be returned in original condition and packaging.
- Once the product is received back at our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the item.
Refund Decision
- After inspection, Batskart.com reserves the right to decide the refund amount based on the condition of the returned product.
- Refund may be full or partial, depending on the extent of damage.
- The decision taken by Batskart.com will be final and binding.
Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7β10 working days.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Important Notes
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refund.
- Customized or specially ordered products are non-refundable unless damaged during delivery.
